Aristoteles’te eğitim kavramının politik işlevi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Aristoteles’in eğitim görüşünün içerdiği politik işlevi ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bunun için önce, Aristoteles’in erdemli yaşam kavramı temelinde geliştirdiği etik görüşü özetlenmeye çalışılacak. Daha sonra, erdemli yaşamın gerçekliğe dönüşebilmesi için politikanın rolü belirlenmeye çalışılacaktır. Son olarak da, politikanın kendi işlevini yerine getirebilmesi için eğitim kavramının ya da sürecinin kaçınılmaz rolü ya da işlevi ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.

The aim of this study is to expose the political role of the concept education in Aristotle. It is tried to sum up in order for this Aristotle’s view of ethics on the basis the concept of eudaimonism. It is explored then the role of politics in the fulfillment a virtuous life. To indicate the inevitable role of the concept of education in order to make politics realize a virtuous life in the city is the last issue on which this study focuses.
