Abstract
Akut deneysel silikozisde akciğerlerde meydana gelen histopatolojik değişiklikleri kontrol grubu ve zamana göre incelemek amacıyla bir çalışma planlandı. Deney hayvanı olarak kullanılan sıçanlara tek doz 0.3 ml. serum fizyolojik içinde silika (DQ-1 2), kontrol grubuna 0.3 ml serum fizyolojik intratrakeal olarak verildi. Daha sonra kontrol ve silika grubundan 10'ar adet çan 1.,3.,5. aylarda rastgele seçilerek akciğerleri histopatolojik olarak incelendi. Silika grubunda 1.aydan itibaren belirgin silikotik nodül oluşumu görüldü. Kontrol grubundaki hiçbir sıçan fibrozis ya da nodül saptanmadı. Kontrol grubuyla silikotik nodül oluşumu bakımından 1. ve 5. aylarda istatistiki anlamlı fark saptandı . Silika grubundaki sıçanlarda silikotik nodül oluşumu açısından 1., 3. ve 5. aylar arasında istatistiki anlamlı fark saptanmadı.
We planned a study aiming to investigate histopathologic change in the acute experimental silicosis, according to the time and control group. We gave a single dose of silica (DQ-1 2) in the 0.3 ml sterile saline by the intratracheal route to rats in the experimental group and also gave 0.3 ml sterile saline by the same route to rats in the control group. Later on ten rats from each group were chosen randomly and lungs of rats were investigated histopathologically in the first, third and fifth months. In the silica group the occurrence of significant silicotic nodules following the first month has been seen. Neither a nodule or fibrosis was not found in any rats from the control group. Then we compared both of the groups according to the occurrence of nodul, and we found statistically significant differences between two groups in the first and fifth month. But in rats from the silica group there were not any statistically significant differences according to the silicotic nodule occurrence between the fırst, third and fifth months.
