Facial paralizide otojen serbest kas grefti ile rekonstrüksiyon

Abstract

Tek taraflı sekel facial paralizilerde sinire yönelik girişimler geçerli değildir. Bu amaçla geliştirilmiş diğer birçok yöntem arasında otojen serbest çizgili kas transplantasyonu ile onarım son 15 yıldır uygulanan gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada aynı yöntem kullanılarak tedavi edilen iki olgu sunulmuştur. Yöntemi uygulayan diğer aktörlerin raporları ve iki olgun muzdan elde olunan sonuçlar yöntemin küçümsenmeyecek düzeyde cesaret verici bir seçenek olduğu kanısını uyandırmıştır.

The treatment of unilateral sequel facial paralysis is not possible with nerve repair or nerve grafting techniques. Among the other many techniques developed for this purpose, reconstruction with autogenous free striated muscle has been used for the last 15 years. In this study two cases of unilateral sequel facial paralysis treated by using the same technique have been presented. The report of other authors who have applied the same technique and the results obtained in our two cases has shown that the technique is an encouraging alternative.
