| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada 30 adet kırmızı toz biberde aflatoksin B1, B2, G1ve G2 analizleri yapıldı. İnce tabaka kromatografi ve yarınicel hesaplama yöntemi ile analiz edilen numunelerin %46.66'sında değişik konsantrasyonlarda aflatoksin saptandı. 30 adet kırmızı toz biber örneğinin 13 tanesinde B1, 1 tanesinde B1+ G1 tespit edilmiştir. Örneklerde aflatoksin B1 miktarı 5-25 ppb, G1 miktarı 15 ppb bulunmuştur. Aflatoksin B2 ve G2'ye rastlanmamıştır. Sonuç olarak kırmızı toz biberlerin büyük bir bölümünde aflatoksinlerle bir kirlenmenin söz konusu olduğu ve bunun insan sağlığı açısından potansiyel risk olacağı kanısına varıldı. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, aflatoxin, B1, B2, G1 and G2 were analyzed in 30 red pepper. 46.66% of samples, different concentrtion aflatoxins were determined using thin layer chromotographic and semi-quantitatif procedure. 13 red pepper samples B1 and 1 red pepper sample B1+ G1 to be aflatoxin in 30 red pepper samples. Levels of aflatoxin 5-25 ppb B1 and 15 ppb G1 were found in samples. Aflatoxin B2 and G2 were not found.
