Köpeklerde değişik olgularda laktasyonun bir ergot alkaloidi olan bromokriptin ile durdurulmasi üzerine çalişmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada köpeklerde yalancı gebelik, ölü dogumlar ve emzirme dönemi sonrası devam eden laktasyon, bir prolactin inhibitörü olan brolmokriptin kullanılarak durdurulmaya çalışıldı. Araştımıaya alınan ğişik yaş ve ırktan 26 köpek Grup I (10 Adet), Grup II (10 Adet), kontrol (6 Adet) olarak aynldı. Grup I'e 0.2 mg/kg, Grup II'ye 0.4 mg/kg dozunda bromokriptin dört gün süre ile oral yolla gıdalarına katılarak verildi. Bromokriptin uygulamasından 20 dakika önce antiemetik bir ilaç uygulandı. Bromokriptin sağıtımını izleyen 10 gün içerisinde laktasyon Grup l'de % 90, Grup II'de % 80 oranında durdurulabildi. Tedavi süresince her iki grupta önemli düzeyde bir yan etkiye rastlanılmadı.

In this study, in the bilehes with pseudopregnancy, eclampsia, lactation continı1ed after dead parturitions and weaning, lactation was studied to supression by using bromocriptine, a pro/actin inhibitor. 26 bitches were divided into three groups as Group I, Group II and control. Bromocriptine was given once daily in feed for four days to Group I (10 bit lıes) and Group II (10 bitches) at a dose of 0.2 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg, respectively. Six bitches were kept as control and were administrated anything. In addition both Group I and Group II were given an antiernetic dmg at 20 minules before the treatment of bromocriptine. Supression of lactation within 10 days following the initiation of treatment with bromocriptüe was successful in 90 percent of the cases in Group I and in 80 percent of the cases in group Il. In both groups, during the treatment, noticable side effect was not observed.
