Poliesterin alkali ortamda boyanması: Mevcut teknolojinin gözden geçirilmesi

Abstract

Poliesterin alkali ortamda boyanması ile ilgili olarak birçok boyarmadde ve kimyasal madde üreticisi firma çeşitli yöntemler geliştirmiş olmalarına rağmen, özellikle tekrarlanabilirliğin yetersiz olması nedeniyle bu yöntemler yaygınlık kazanamamışlardır. Bu makalede hangi etki faktörlerinin geliştirilen yardımcı kimyasal maddelerle kontrol edilmesi gerektiği ve alkali boyama için dispers boyarmadde seçimi tartışılacaktır.

Although processes with accompanying products are offered by various dye and auxilary manufacturers, acceptance of the alkaline dyeing method in practice is still low due to poor reproducibility. In this paper the factors which must be controlled by means of specifically developed auxiliaries in order to ensure the application of these methods and the selection of disperse dyestuffs in alkaline dyeing is discussed.
