| dc.description.abstract | Kolon kanseri etyolojisinde safra asitlerinin oynadığı rolü daha iyi anlayabilmek amacı ile yapılan araştırmada, 14 kolon kanseri olgu ve 13 gastro-intestinal sistem dışı rahatsızlığı olan olgu çalışıldı. Dışkıda total safra asitleri sülfürik asit yöntemi ile, 7-0H steroid safra asitleri ise enzimatik olarak tayin edildi. Ayrıca safra asitleri dağılımları ince tabaka kromatografisi yöntemiyle kalitatif olarak incelendi. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | 14 cases of colon carcinoma and 13 cases who were hospitalized because of non gastro-intestinal causes were included in this study. Total bile acids in the faeces were determined by the sulfuric acid method, 7-0H steroid bile acids were determined enzimatica.
