Koyunlarda östrus sinkronizasyonu ve sun'i tohumlama saha çalışmaları I

Abstract

Araştırmada 52 koyun kullanıldı. Birinci gruptaki 32 koyuna iki doz PGF2a ikinci gruptaki 20 koyuna da vaginal sünger uygulandı. On iki gün sonra sünger alındığında 700 lU PMSG enjekte edildi. İki grupta östrus oranı % 84.3 ve 90.0 bulundu. Koyunlar 0.1 cm3 taze sperma verilerek tohumlandı. % 81.4 ve 76.4 gebelik oranı elde edildi. İkinci grupta sünger uygulanan koyunlar iki alt gruba ayrıldı ve bir bölümüne sünger alındıktan sonra vajinal lavaj yapıldı. Gebelik oranı lavaj yapılanlarda daha yüksek oldu (% 87.5 ve 66.6).

In this study 52 ewes· were used. Of 32 ewes in the first group were injected two doses of PGF2a and of 20 ewes in the second group were applied vaginal sponges. On the witlıdrawal day ( 12 days later) ewes were injected 700 IU PMSG. Percentages of ewes shown estrus were 84.3 and 90.0 respectively for botlı groups. Ewes were inseminated with 0.1 cm3 fresh semen. Conception rates were 81.4 % for tlıe first and 76.4 % for the second group. Ewes which were applied vaginal sponges were divided into two subgroups. Ewes in the first subgroup were applied vaginal lavage after the withdrawal of tlıe sponges. Conception rate was found higher in the lavaged group (87.5 % VS 66.6 %).
