Abstract
Bu çalışmada Sazan balığı (Cyprinus carpio) yüzgeçlerindeki (dorsal, pektoral, pelvik, anal ve kaudal) mukus, club, granular, yüzey epitel hücrelerin glikokonjugat içeriklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Dokular %10’luk formaldehit solüsyonunda iki gece tespit edildi. dokular rutin histolojik takipten geçirilerek parafinde bloklandı. Parafin bloklardan 6–7μm kalınlığında alınan kesitlere genel histolojik yapının belirlenmesi için Hematoksilen-Eosin ve gikokonjugat özelliklerinin belirlenmesi için histokimyasal boyama yöntemleri uygulandı. Gözlenen sonuçlar club hücrelerin pelvik, pektoral, anal ve dorsal yüzgeçlerde sadece asidik glikokonjugat içerdiği, kaudal yüzgeçte ise herhangi bir boyama yöntemine karşı reaksiyon göstermediği tespit edildi. Granular hücrelerin de bütün yüzgeçlerde genellikle nötral glikokonjugat içerdiği belirlendi.
This study was aimed to determined glycoconjugate contens of mucus, club, granular and epithelial surface cells in the fin (dorsal, pectoral, pelvic, anal and caudal) of carp (Cyprinus carpio). The samples were fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution for two nights. The samples which were excised and processed with routine histologic tissue methods were blocked in paraffin. Paraffin blocks were applied histochemical staining methods for determining the properties glycoconjugate and hematoxylin-eosin for histological determination of the overall structure were taken from 6–7μm thick sections. The observed results, club cells were detected that iclude only asidic glycoconjugate in pelvic, pectoral, anal and dorsal fins, as for not include this glycoconjugate in caudaul fin. Also, granular cells were determined that include generally neutral glycoconjugate all of fin.
