Bioallethrin (tablet insektisid)'in sıçanların lökositer parametreleri üzerine etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract
Bioallethrin pyrethroid insektisitlerden birisidir ve sivrisinek kovucu tabletlerin bileşiminde bulunur. Bu çalışmada, biz bioallethrin sıçanların lökositer parametreleri üzerine etkilerini inceledik. Sıçanlar; kontrol grubu ve 7, 15, 30, 60 günlük deney gruplarına ayrıldı. Deney grupları günde 9 saat inhalasyon yolu ile bioallethrin 'e maruz bırakıldı. Kontrol grubu ve surelerin bitiminde deney grubundaki sıçanlar anestetize edildi ve kalp ponksiyonu ile kan örnekleri alındı. Kanda total lökosit sayısı ve lökosit tiplerinin (nötrofil, eozinofil, bazofil, lenfosit, monosit) oranları ölçüldü ve sonuçlar değerlendirildi. Total lökosit sayısı eozinofil, bazofil ve monosit değerlerinde anlamlı değişim görülmedi. Nötrofil sayısında 7 günlük grupta artış görülürken, 30 ve 60 günlük gruplarda azalma görüldü. Lenfosit sayısında ise, 7 günlük grupta azaltma karşılık 30 ve 60 günlük gruplarda artış saptandı. Lökositer parametrelerde gözlenen bu değişimler nedeniyle, insektisit kullanımında daha bilinçli olması gerektiği sonucuna varıldı.
Bioallethrin is one of the pyrethroid insecticides and is in the composition of the mosquito repellents. In this study, we have been examined effects of bioallethrin on leukocytic parameters of rats. The rats were divided into control group and 4 experimental groups according to their days of exposure to bioallethrin (7, 15, 30 and 60 days). Experimental groups were exposed to bioallethrin through inhalation for nine hours a day. At the end of the periods, the rats in both experimental and control groups were anesthetized and blood samples were collected through heart puncture. Total white cell count and differential white cell counts (neutrophil, eosinophil, basophil, lymphocyte, nıonocyte) were measured and the results were evaluated. Total white cell count, eosinophil, basophil and monocyte values were unchanged in all the groups. While neutrophil count was increased in the 7-day group, il was decreased in the 30-day and 60-day groups. In the 7-day group a decrease in lymphocyte count was observed, whereas in the 30-day and 60-day groups an increase was determined. Because of these observed changes in leukocytic parameters, we concluded that the insecticides should be used with more caution.
