Abstract
Teknik problemler kültürün her safhasında görüle bilmektedir.
In the recent years, techniques of tissue culture finding an extansive application area in agriculture and industry have become a system providing possibilities to the solution of many problems related with plant. Being different than klassical plant breeding methods, the tissue culture is a kind of procedure obtaining tiny pieces for different parts of plant and culturing them in steril nutrient medium and available environmental conditions. For today, some special problems of hybridization had been solved by using a few different tissue culture techniques. For instance, the embryo culture has been successfully used for the solution of inter species and intergenus hybridization problems, the anther culture for obtaining haploid plant, the meristem culture for the production of vines free plant and the protoplast culture for somatic hybridization research. Although recent advances in this technique provide great advantages in respect of time and economy, it takes arlention as a strong method for population improvement. Technical problems appear in every stage of tissue culture. For that reason, it needs a great deal of efforts for plant regeneration.
