Bursa ili merkez ilçesi entansif süt sığırcılığı üretim faaliyetinde işgücü kullanım düzeylerinin saptanması

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Bursa ili merkez ilçesinde entansif süt sığırcılığı yapan tarım işletmelerinde, süt inekçiliği üretim faaliyetinde çeşitli işlemler için kullanılan işgücü miktarı EİB cinsinden inek üretim ünitesi (birimi) esas alınarak hesaplanmaya çalışılmıştır. İncelenen işletmelerde hayvan varlığı BBHB cinsinden 1. grup (510 ineğe sahip) işletmelerde 9,32 iken, 2. grup işletmelerde 29, 94'dür. 1. grup işletmelerde BBHB başına 0,70 dekar, 2. grup işletmelerde ise 1,01 dekar yem bitkileri arazisi düşmektedir. İşletmeler ortalamasında üretim ünitesi başına. 45,51 dak/gün erkek gücü sarfiyatı olduğu saptanmıştır. Söz konusu değer 1. grup işletmelerde 48,09 dak/günlük miktarıyla, 2. grup işletmelere nazaran (41,35 dak/gün) daha yüksek bulunmuştur.

In this study, the amount of labour required in different chores of dairy cattle enterprise was estimated as man power unit per one cow unit in the intensive dairy cattle farms, Bursa Province. The amount of animal as cow equivalent in the farms studied was found 9,32 for the first group of farms which has 5-10 cows, while it was 29,94 in the second group which has more than 10 cows.The acreage of land devoted to fodder crops was determined as 0,70 and 1,01 decares per cow equivalent the first and second groups farms respectively. The amount of labour used was estimated 45.51 man minutes per day as an average of all enterprises investigated while it was 4&09 in the first, and 41.35 in the seeand group.
