Anostrus dönemindeki köpeklerde ostrus ve ovulasyonun uyarılması üzerine çalışmalar

Abstract

In this study, 35 German Shepherd Dogs and 10 stray bitches of the same managemant conditions were used as material. All bitches were physically examined to determine that they were in anoestrus at the beginning of the study. Then following methods were carried out: Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotrophin (PMSG) and Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (HCG) Application (lst.Method); Diethylstilbestrol (DES), HCG and PMSG Application (2nd.Method); Pulsatile Gonadatrophine Releasing Hormone (GnRH) Aplication (3rd.Method); Cabergoline Applications (4th.Method); Control Group (5thMethod:). Vaginal cytological;examinations of all bitches were made every other day and bitches which showed oestrus were mated with the sires. As a result 100 % oestrus and 40 %pregnancy in the 1st method; 70% oestrus and 30 % pregnancy in the 2nd method; 10 % oestrus and no pregnancy in the 3th method were found. In the 4th method 90 %oestrus and 80 %pregnancy were found the results were evaluated statistically and were compared with the results at the literatures.

Çalışmada aynı bakım ve besleme koşullarında bulundurulan 35 adet Alman çoban köpegi ve 10 adet sokak kopegi materyal olarak kullanıldı. Anostrus döneminde oldugu belirlenen kopeklerde aşağıdaki yöntemler uygulandı: Gebe Kısrak Serum Gonadotropini (PMSG) ve insan Koriyonik Gonadotropini (HCG) Uygulamaları (l.Gntp); Dietilstilbestrol (DES), HCG ve PMSG Uygulamalan (II.Grup); Pulzatil GniUJ Uygulamalarz (III.Grup): Cabergolin Uygulamalan (JV.Grup) Kontrol Grubu (V.Grup). Tilm uygulama gruplarzndaki kopeklerin gün aşırı vaginal sitolojik muayeneleri yapılarak, ostrus gosteren kopekler erkek damızlık kopeklerle çiftleştirildiler. Sonuç; olarak I. yöntemde% 100 ostrus ve %40 gebelik, ll.Yontemde % 70 ostrus ve % 30 gebelik, Ill. Yontemde % 10 ostrus oranz elde edilirken gebelik elde edilemedi. IV. Yontemde ise % 90 ostrus ve % 80 gebelik elde edildi. Sonuçlar istatistiki arızdan degerlendirilerek literatür verileri ile karşılaştırıldı.
