Abstract
The catecolamine amounts in the urine of rats, which stayed for 5 and 16 hours at 5°C, 20°C, 36°C and 42°C (total catecholamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline) were determined. Standart group, the values at 20°C room temperature were accepted. No significant difference was observed between the urine catecholamine levels of the rats which stayed 5 hours at 5° C and 36° C and the standard group. There was a significant increase at 42° C. Urine Catecholamine levels were increased significantly in these which stayed for 16 hours at 5° C and 42° C. No significant difference was observed for 36° C.
