Abstract
Bursa yöresinin üç farklı ekolojisin de yetiştirilen Dixired şeftali çeşidinin olgunluk ve kalite değişimlerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada, yörenin iklim ve toprak koşullarındaki farklılıklar ile uygulanan kültürel işlemler öncelikle meyvelerin hasat zamanlarında, daha sonra kalite değerlerinde etkili bulunmuştur. Serme köyündeki şeftalilerde erkencilik• tespit edilmiş, ancak kalite değerleri düşük bulunmuştur. Yenişehir yöresinde hasat nispeten gecikmiş, meyvelerin kalitesi yine pekiyi bulunmamıştır. Yalova yöresi meyveleri ise daha kaliteli ve iri bulunmuş lar, ancak geç hasat edilmişlerdir. Bu farklılıkların ortaya çıkışında her üç yöredeki farklı toprak yapısının ve bileşiminin; yağış alma, güneşlenme ve sıcaklık toplamlarının etkisi açık olarak kendini göstermiştir.
Maturity and quality dif{erences of peach cu. Dixired grown in three different ecological vicinities of Bursa were inuestigated and the dif{erences in climate and so il conditions of the uicinities and cultural applications were found effectiue primarily on haruest times and thenon quality criteria. Earliness were determined but quality criteria were found lower in the peaches of Serma village. Haruest time has been delayed relatiuely and also fruit quality were not fo und uery good in the uicinity of Yenişehir. Fruits were found belter in quality and larger but they were haruested later in the uicinity Yalova. The effect of structure and composition of the soils, sums of precipitation, sunny period and temperature were determined clearly at the occurence of these dif{erences.
