Tavuklarda ışığın gelişim sureci içinde reproduktif sistem organları üzerine etkisinin morfolojik ve histoşimik yönden incelenmesi

Abstract

In this study the effect of artifical light to the gonads of developing cocks was examined morphologically, morphometrically and histochemically For that purpose 100 male Hisex Brown breed of chicks were utilized. Throughout the 20 weeks, various parameters, related to the developmental stages of the gonads in experimental group of chicks exposed to the artificial light 24 hours continuously and of control group of chicks exposed to the daylight only, determined on regular intervals were compared and following results were optained. As a result, the parameters associated with testis development, such as testicle weight average, breadth, lenght and also seminiferous tubule diameter average and its epithelial thickness average increased more rapidly in cocks exposed to the continuous light.Bu çalışmada ışığın gelişim siireci süreci içerisinde horozların gonadlan üzerine etkisi morjolojik, morfometrik ve histoşimik düzeyde incelendi. Bu amaçla 100 adet erkek Hisex Brown ırkı civciv kullanıldı. Yirmi hafta süresince 24 saat sürekli ışık uygulanan deney grubu ile normal gün ışığına maruz bırakılan kontrol grubu civcivlerin testislerinin gelipnelerine ait çeşitli degerler düzenli aralıklarla saptanarak karşılaştırıldı. Sonuçta sürekli ışık etkisi altındaki horozlarda ortalama testis agırlığı, testisin eni ve uzunlugu ile ortalama seminifer kanal epitel ve ortalama seminifer kanal epitel kalınlıgı gibi testisin gelişimiyle ilgili degerler gün ışığında gelişenlere göre daha hızlı artış gösterdi.
