Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, 12 haftalık badminton temel antrenman programının 11-12 yaş grubu öğrencilerin motorik özelliklerine olan etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu çalışmaya, Bursa ili Özübir Spor Kulübünde rekreatif amaçlı aktivitelere katılan 11-12 yaş grubu 60 çocuk katılmıştır. 60 çocuktan 30'una toplam 12 hafta olmak üzere, haftada ikigün,80 dk.düzenli badminton antrenmanı yaptırılırken, diğer 30 kişilik kontrol grubu çocukları ise herhangi bir branş belirlenmeksizin oyun ve fiziksel aktivitelere ve sadece okullarındaki beden eğitim ve spor derslerine katılmıştır. 12 haftalık araştırma sürecinde; deneklerin performans parametrelerindeki değişim ve gelişimlerini saptamak amacıyla haftalık temel hazırlık dönemi çalışmalarının başında yapılan ön test ve 12. haftanın sonunda yapılan son test ölçümleri ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırma grubunun kilo, boy, BMI, çeviklik, esneklik, dikey sıçrama, pençe kuvveti, ayak güç, reaksiyon zamanı ve denge performansları test edilmiştir. Verilerin dağılım özelliği Shapiro Wilks testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu durumunda gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar t testi ile gruplar içi bağımlı karşılaştırmalar ise eşleştirilmiş t testi ile yapılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygun olmaması durumunda ise Maann Whitney U testi ve Wilcoxon testi ile istatistiksel analizler yapıldı. Gruplar arası karşılaştırmalarda ön test ve son test arası değişimler, ön teste göre yüzde değişim ( yüzde değişim= (son-ön)/ön ) değerleri hesaplanarak yapılmıştır. Kategorik verilerin analizi ki-kare testi ile yapılmıştır. İstatiksel analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi α=0,05 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan badminton temel antrenman programı uygulanan 30 çocuktan (BG) 16 (%53,3) çocuk 11 yaşında ve 14 (%46,7) çocuk 12 yaşında, diğer 30 kişilik kontrol grubu çocukları (KG) ise herhangi bir branşbelirlenmeksizinoyun ve fiziksel aktivitelerde, 16 (%55,2) çocuk 11 yaşında ve 13 (%44,8) çocuk 12 yaşında bulunmuştur. Çocukların yaşlarına göre gruplara dağılışları homojendir (p=1,000) (Tablo1). Verilerin analizi sonucunda, her iki grubun (BG-KB) deneklerinin, motorik özelliklerin performanslarında gelişme olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Bununla birlikte BG grubu deneklerininKB grubuna görevücut yağ oranı, çeviklik, esneklik, dikey sıçrama, pençe kuvveti, ayak güç, reaksiyon ve denge değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğu bulunmuştur. (p<0.05).Sonuç olarak, çalışmada yaptırılan 12 haftalık badminton temel antrenman programının11-12 yaş grubu öğrencilerin motorik özelliklerinin performans parametreleri üzerine olumlu yönde etkileri olabileceği, antrenman bilimindeki yüklenme normatifleri acısından yeterli kabul edilebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of 12-week badminton basic training program on motoric characteristics of 11-12 age group. The study included 60 children aged 11-12 years who were involved in recreational activities in Özübir Sports Club of Bursa. While 30 of the 60 children were given a total of 12 weeks, 80 minutes of badminton basic training program was applied for 2 days a week. During the 12-week research process; In order to determine the performance of the athletes in performance parameters, pre-test at the beginning of the weekly preparatory period studies and post-test measurements at the end of the 12th week were determined. Agility, flexibility, vertical jump, paw strength, foot power, reaction time and balance performances of the research group were tested. The Shapiro Wilks test was used to determine the normal distribution of the data. In the case of normal distribution of the data, comparisons between groups were performed by t-test and paired-dependent comparisons by paired t test. In the absence of normal distribution, Mann Whitney U test and Wilcoxon test were used for statistical analysis. In the comparisons between the groups, pre-test and post-test changes were made by calculating the percentage change (percent change = (last-front) / front) according to the pre-test. Categorical data were analyzed by chi-square test. In statistical analysis, significance level was taken as α = 0.05. 30 children (BG) who applied the badminton basic training program, 16 (53.3%) children were 11 years old and 14 (46.7%) children were 12 years old and the other 30 children were in control group. 16 children (55.2%) were 11 years old and 13 children (44.8%) were 12 years old. The distribution of children to groups according to their age is homogeneous (p = 1,000) (Table 1). As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that the performance parameters of the motoric characteristics of the subjects, which make up the two training groups (BG-KB) between the groups, were determined. In addition, statistically significant differences were found in the agility, flexibility, vertical jump, paw force, foot strength, reaction and balance parameters of the subjects in the BG group (p <0.05). As a result, it was concluded that the 12-week badminton basic training program applied in the study could have positive effects on performance parameters of 11-12 age group students and it could be considered sufficient in terms of the normative normatics of training science.
