Aorta ve iliak arter hastalarında cerrahi tedavi ve sonuçları

Abstract

1977·1983 yılları arasında 82 aorto iliofemoral bölge arter hastalığına cerrahi girişim uygulandı. Altmışdört tıkayıcı (% 78.1), 18 aneurysmal (% 21.9) hastalık olan serimizde çoğunlukla yapay greftle by-pass ameliyatı uygulandı. Otojen uen grefti, endarterektomi ue translüminal intraarteryel dilatasyon diğer uygulama şekilleri oldu. Ölüm oranı % 19.6 olan serimizde yaşlılığın getirdiği sistemik hastalıklar ve patlamış abdominal aort anevrizması ölümün sık olmasının nedeni idi. Olguların 62'si (% 75.5) semptomsuz olarak yaşam sürdürmektedir.

82 cases with the disease of aorto-ilio-femoral arteries were treated surgically between the years of 1977-1983. In our series, which consisted of sixty-four obstructive (78.1 %), eighteen (21.9 %) aneurysmal diseases, the majority of them were treated by by-pass surgery using synthetic grafts. Other treatment methods included autogenous uein gra{t, endarterectomy and transluminal intra arterial dilatation. The causes for the high mortality rate ( 19.6 %) were systemic diseases due to geriatric conditions and ruptured aneurysms. Sixty-two of the cases (75.5 %) survived symptom free of the vascular di ,ease.
