Mondragon kooperatifleri ve özyönetim

Abstract

İşçiler tarafından kurulan Mondragon kooperatifleri başarılı bir üretim kooperatifçiliği önemli göstermektedir. Kooperatifler üyelerin sermaye miktarına bakılmaksızın seçtikleri organlarca demokratik olarak yönetilmekte ve elde edilen gelir yine işçiler arasında paylaşılmaktadır. Böylece emek ve sermaye arasındaki dengesizliğin olmadığı bir grupta yönetim ve çalışanlar arasında dayanışma sağlanmak ta ve kooperatif-özyönetimi gerçekleşmektedir.The Mondragon cooperatives exhibit a good example of successful production cooperatives founded by workers. They are managed in a democratical way without considering the amount of the members' capital. Under the system, the profit is distributed among the workers. Through this way, the imbalance with respect to labour and capital is removed and thus the solidarity among the workers and management is maintained. Thus the cooperatives society finds the opportunity of enhancing the idea of self-management for cooperatives.
