Abstract
Kağıt üretimi, kumaş, folyo ve plastik film gibi sürekli malzemelerin üretimi esnasında gerginliğin kontrol edilmesi gerekir. Şerit halindeki malzemelerin, rulolar arasında transfer edilerek kaliteli bir işlemin gerçekleştirilmesi, gergi kuvvetinin kontrolüne dayanır. Gergi kuvveti belli değerlerde tutulmadığı takdirde başlıca iki problemle karşılaşılır. i) Gergi kuvvetinin artarak, şeridin kopma mukavemetini aşması durumunda oluşacak ve üretimi kesecek olan kopma, ii) Gergi kuvvetinin azalması ile üretim hattındaki gevşemeden dolayı oluşacak aksaklıklar ve kalite düşüklüğü. Bu çalışmada, mekanik ve elektromekanik gergi denetim sisteminin matematiksel modelleri kurulmuş ve sistemi tanımlayan denklemlerden Darbe Genişlik Modülasyonu (DGM) uygulanmadan ve uygulayarak benzetim sonuçları elde edilip karşılaştırılmıştır.
The web tension should be controlled tightly for the quality of products and productivity of the web process line. A moving web under insufficient tension cannot track properly and may wrinkle the web, while excess tension may result in web deformation or even a web break. This paper describes the mathematical modeling and control of the mechanic and electromechanical tension control systems. The two systems will be analyzed, considering the dynamic response. According to mechanic system, electromechanical tension control system is both simple structure and more sensitive. Furthermore, it can be ensured a sensitive control by a simple control algorithm due to it is making possible to perform pulse with modulation (PWM) signal. Dynamic analyses of the systems were carried out using MATLAB/Simulink software. Simulation results showing the system performance such as control signal, magnetic and tension force and angle displacement of the dancer were presented and compared for different tension values.
