Türkiye’de devlet üniversitelerindeki özel eğitim öğretmenliği lisans programlarına öğrencilerin yerleşme durumlarının incelenmesi (2021-2023)

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye‟de devlet üniversitelerindeki özel eğitim öğretmenliği lisans programlarına yerleşmiş olan öğrencilerin profillerini ve eğilimlerini (farklı üniversite programları ve tercihleri, programı tercihte bulunma durumları, programın bulunduğu farklı il ve bölge tercihleri vb.) belirleyip programlar hakkında geleceğe yönelik çıkarımlar yapmaktır. Araştırmadaki veriler, resmi kaynak olan YÖK Atlas verilerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır ve veriler analiz edilirken de betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın evrenini, 2021-2023 yılları arasındaki Türkiye‟deki devlet üniversitelerinin özel eğitim öğretmenliği programları ve tercih eden öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Kota örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır ve 15 devlet üniversitesi örneklem seçilmiştir. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde Adobe Ġi İllüstratör ve Excel programlarından yararlanılmıştır, yüzde hesaplamaları yapılıp yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularında; bu üniversitelerin doluluklarının %100‟e yakın, en başarılı öğrencilerin Hacettepe Üniversitesini tercih ettiği, cinsiyet dağılımında kadınların fazla, öğrencilerin çoğunluğunun yaşadıkları veya komşu coğrafi bölgeler ile yaşadıkları illeri veya yakındaki illeri, en çok özel eğitim öğretmenliği programlarını tercihte bulundukları, programın her sene tercih edilmesinin arttığı vb. sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this research is to investigate the profiles and trends of students who have settled in special education teaching undergraduate programs at public universities in Turkey (different university programs and preferences, program preference situations, different provincial and regional preferences in which the program is located, etc.) to determine and make future-oriented inferences about the programs. The data in the research consists of YÖK Atlas data, which is the official source. In this study, document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used and descriptive analysis was used while analyzing the data. The universe of this research is made up of the special education teaching programs of public universities in Turkey between 2021-2023 and the students who prefer Dec. The quota sampling method was used and 15 state universities were selected as a sample. Adobe Illustrator and Excel programs were used in the analysis of the data, percentage calculations were made and interpreted. According to the research findings, the occupancy of these universities is close to100%, the most successful students prefer Hacettepe University, women are more in genderdistribution, the majority of students prefer the provinces or nearby provinces where they liveor live with neighboring geographical regions, the most prefer special education teaching programs, the preference for the program increases every year, etc. the results have bee nreached.
