Piliçlerde akut seyirli bir aspergillosis salgını üzerinde araştırma

Abstract

An acute aspergillosis outbreak occured in 130 days old chickens was investi gated. Mortality reached 20 % 3000 chickens. Anorexia, listlessness and diarhoe were observed in most of the affected chickens. At autopsy discrete lesions in dif ferrent size were seen throughout the lungs, liver, and kidneys. Lesions were also found in proventriculus, Bursa of fabricius and heart. Smail typical nodules were present on airsacs. Masses of hyphae were seen in lesions histopathologically, Fun dus isolated on Sabouraud's agar was identified morphologically as A. fumigatus on slide • culture. Disease devoloped in 10 days in chicks experimentolly exposed to the culture of A . fumigatus by aerosol and fed with contaminated food.

Yüzotuz günlük piliçlerde görülen bir akut aspergilozis salgını incelendi. 3000 kapasiteli sürüde mortalite % 20 ye ulaştı. Hasta piliçlerde iştahsızlık, halsizlik ve ishal görüldü. Otopside akciğer, karaciğer ve böbreklerde değişik büyüklükte lezyon lar saptandı. Lezyonlara bezli midede, Bursa fabricius'ta ve kalpte de rastlandı. Hava keselerinde küçük nodüller görüldü. Lezyonlardan yapılan kesitlerde hyphae ve spor lar bulundu. Saboaroud'un agarında izole edilen mantar, lam kültüründe morfolojik yapısına göre A. fumigatus olarak idendifiye edildi. A. fumigatus kültürüne hava yolu ile maruz bırakılan ve kontamine yem ile beslenen günlük civcivlerde hastalık 10 gün içinde gelişti.
