Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Bursa ilindeki on iki farklı ev ortamından alınan iç ve dış ortam hava örneklerinde Poliaromatik hidrokarbonların (PAH’ların) konsantrasyonları belirlenmiştir. Örnekleme kapı ve pencerelerin açık olduğu yaz ve havaların soğumaya başladığı sonbahar dönemini yansıtması bakımından 2014 yılı Temmuz ve Aralık ayları arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. PAH konsantrasyonları pasif örnekleyiciler kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Yaz dönemi için PAH konsantrasyonu oturma odası, mutfak ve dış ortam havasında sırasıyla 20±17, 22±28, 10±6 ng/m3 olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonbahar dönemi için ise PAH konsantrasyonu oturma odası, mutfak ve dış ortamda sırasıyla 27±19, 21±10, 20±11 ng/m3 değerlerini almıştır. Yaz dönemi oturma odası ve mutfak örneklerinde çocukların kanser potansiyellerinin yetişkinlere göre iki kat daha fazla olduğu hesaplanmıştır. Sonbahar döneminde çocukların kanser olma potansiyelleri yetişkinlerden yaklaşık 2,5 kat daha fazla olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hesaplanan tanı oranlarına göre yaz ve sonbahar dönemleri için PAH kirletici kaynağının yanma kökenli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the concentrations of polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined at indoor and outdoor air samples taken from twelve different home environments in Bursa province. The sampling was carried out between July and December 2014 to reflect the autumn when the doors and windows were open and the ambient air began to cool off. The samples were were collected using passive samplers for PAH analysis. The PAH concentrations for the summer period were 20 ± 17, 22 ± 28, 10 ± 6 ng / m3 in the living room, kitchen and outdoor environment, respectively. For the autumn period, PAH concentrations were 27 ± 19, 21 ± 10, 20 ± 11 ng / m3 in the living room, kitchen and outdoor environment, respectively. It has been estimated that the cancer potentials for children in the summer period at the living room and kitchen samples were two times higher than for adults. In the autumn, children's cancer potentials were found to be about 2.5 times higher than the ones for adults. Based on the calculated diagnostic ratio, it was determined that the PAH contaminant source for summer and autumn seasons was the combustion.
