Özgürlük kavramı ve problem olarak özgürlük

Abstract

Bugün dahil olmak üzere tarih boyunca tartışılmış olan özgürlük, bir problem olarak önemini korumaktadır. Bu anlamda özgürlük kavramının analizi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle özgürlük kavramının taşıyıcısı bakımından "antropolojik", "etik" ve "toplumsal" açıdan farkları temele alınarak çeşitli özgürlük anlayışları ortaya konmuştur. Buna göre taşıyıcısının insan olduğu özgürlük bir olanak, taşıyıcısının kişi olduğu özgürlük bir değer ve taşıyıcısını toplum olduğu özgürlük ise bir ide olarak ele alınmıştır. Özgürlük ister düşünce ister eylem alanında irdelensin bir olanak olarak karşımıza gelir. Özgürlük kavramı etik anlamıyla kişinin gerçekleştirdiği ölçüde yapıp-ettikleriyle anılırken toplumsal özgürlük de kişilerin özgürlük niteliklerini sürdürmelerine katkıda bulunur. Böylece özgürlüğün, başta insanın olanağı olarak ve diğer boyutlarıyla bakıldığında gerçekleştirilebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

The freedom that' s been discussed during the time in history is still keeping its importance as a problem. Consequently the analysis of the concept of freedem is aimed at this article. lnitially as various freedom patterns that layed a foundation in the essay are built on "anthropological", "ethic" and "social " aspects' differences carring freedom. However, the freedom carried by human being is seen as a possibility, the freedom carried by a person is seen as a worth and the freedom carried by society is seen as an idea. Basically, the freedom examined at either canception or activity platforms is being a possibility. The concept of freedom with its ethical meaning is thought of a person's activities. The social freedom , on the other hand, supplies a background to a person realising his/her freedom. Thus the result of this study is the fact that the freedom can be realised.
