Maxillo-fasiyal kırıklar

Abstract

Maxilla fasiyal kırıkların tedavilerinin başlıca amacı okular motor bozukluklar, yüz şekil bozuklukları, çene kapanma bozuklukları, nazal obstrüksiyon ve kafa içi komplikasyonları önlemektir. Dislokasyon göstermeyen kırıklar cerrahi bir işlem gerektirmez fakat diğer bir çokları açık veya kapalı cerrahi teknikler gerektirebilirler. Etmoid ve frontal sinüs kırıklarında, şayet kırık hattı kribriform kemik veya basis kraninin başka bir yerinden geçecek olursa durağı expose edebilir ve bu gibi vakalarda likare görülebilir. Bu tebliğimizle iki maxilla fasiyal kırık vakası takdim ederek, klinik ve röntgen bulgular tartışılmıştır.

Treatment of facial fractures are based on the prevention of abnormalities ocular motility, facial disfigurement, dental malocclusion,nasal obstruction and intracranial complications. simple maxilla facial fractures,especially those without dislocation, do not require reduction. Certain fractures may be reduced by the closed techniques, but many oPıer forms of fractures require open reduction methods. If the fractures involve the ethnıoid or frontal sinuses,fracture line may be continued through cribriform plate or any other part of the basis cranii, thus exposing the dura . In such cases,cerebrospinal fluid leakage usually occurs. In this article two cases of maxillo facial fracture are presented, the linical and x-rays findings are discussed .
