Abstract
Bu çalışmada parafarengeal yöntemle hipofizektomi yapılan dişi sıçanların median eminensleri altına neonatal hipofiz bezi transplantasyonu yapılarak, greftin canlılığını koruyup, fonksiyon gösterip göstermediği, histolojik ve radyoimmunassay yöntemler kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla sıçanlar 3 gruba ayrılmıştır (n:39). Parafarengeal hipofizektomi yapılan sıçanların (n:29), bir grubuna (n: 16), hipofizektomi takiben yeni doğan andan alman hipofiz bezi transplante edilmişti . Ortalama 4 hafta sonra vücut ağırlıkları karşılaştırıldığında, hipofizektomi sıçanların, kontrol ve greft grubuna göre anlamlı ölçüde kilo kaybettiği gözlenmiştir (p<0. 001). Greft dokusunun ışık mikroskobu ile yapılan incelemelerinde dokunun yaşadığı gözlenmiştir. Hormonal incelemeler (ACTH, Oksitosin ve Vazopressin) greftli sıçanlardaki hormon değerleri, hipofizektomili sıçanlara göre anlamlı ölçüde yüksek bulunmuştur (p < 0.001). Ancak greftli çanların hormon değerlerinin, normal sıçanların hormon düzeylerine ulaşmadığı gözlenmiştir (p<0.001).
In this study adult female rals were underwent a parapharyngeal pituitary gland excision before transplantation of neonatal pituitary gland beneath the median eminence, and function and viability of grafts were examined by histologically and by methods of radioimmunoassay. For this subject rails were divided into 3. groups (n: 39). Among the hypophysectomized rats (n:29), one group (n: 1 6). Underwent pituitary gland transplantation after hypophysectomy. 4 weeks later weight lass was significant. (p<0. 001) in rats with hypophysectomy. On examining the grafts tissue with a light microscopy it was seen that the tissue was viable. Although hormone values (ACTH, Oxytocin and Vasopressin) of grafted rats did not reach the level of normal group, they were found significantly higher than the hypophysectomized rals (p<0.001).
