Abstract
Bu araştırma, Ovacık Köyü’nde yetiştirilen asmanın (Vitis vinifera L.) makro ve mikroelementlerle beslenme durumlarını toprak ve bitki örnekleriyle değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada materyal olarak Şanlıurfa ili Hilvan ilçesi Ovacık Köyü’nde yaygın olarak yetiştirilen asmaların (Vitis vinifera L.) 20 farklı bölgeden alınan yaprak ve toprak örnekleri kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, toprak örnekleri genellikle kil bünyeli, orta kireçli, hafif alkalin reaksiyonlu, tuzsuz, KDK’sı yüksek ve organik maddesi düşüktür. Toprak örneklerinin toplam N içeriği düşük, alınabilir fosfor içeriği düşük, potasyum içeriği ise yeterlidir. Suda çözünebilir Ca ve Mg değerleri ortalama olarak sırasıyla 86.5 ve 9.8 ppm olup yeterlidir. Toprak örneklerinin DTPA ile ekstrakte edilebilir Fe, Cu, Ni kapsamlarının standartlar dahilindedir. Bağ alanındaki alınabilir Mn, standart değer olarak bildirilen 1 ppm’in üzerinde, Zn ise 0.5 ppm’in altında analiz edilmiştir. Bitki örneklerinin azot içeriği yeterli düzeyde, fosfor içeriği %0.22-0.38 aralığında bulunmuştur. Bitki örneklerinin K, Ca ve Mg içeriği sırasıyla % 0.53-1.07, 1.18-2.61 ve 0.17-0.34 aralığında değişen miktarlarda saptanmıştır. Yaprak örneklerinin Fe içeriği 40.19-122.05 ppm, Cu kapsamı 6.27-13.68 ppm aralığında ve Mangan kapsamı 28.93-217.00 ppm aralığında saptanan yaprak örneklerinden 7’si yüksek düzeyde Mn içermektedir. Yaprak örneklerinin Zn içeriği 8.72-30.08 ppm arasında değişmektedir. Ortalaması 15.66 ppm’dir. Yaprak örneklerinin Ni ortalaması 0.05 ppm olup, 0-0.37 ppm arasında değişiklik göstermektedir.
This research was done the determine evaluation of mineral nutrition condition vine (Vitis vinifera L.) varieties grown in Ovacık Village (Sanliurfa). Hilvan as widely grown in the village Ovacık vine (Vitis vinifera L.) crops received a total of 20 full-grown leaves and the vine is cultivated soil samples were used. According to the analysis results, structure of soil samples generally clay, middle calcic, with slight alkaline reaction, unsalty, low organic matter and high CEC. N contents of soil samples insufficient while phosphorus and potassium sufficient. Dissolve in water and soil samples for Ca and Mg as averages 86.5 and 9.8 ppm respectively were analyzed. According to research results extractable Fe, Cu, and Ni of soil samples with DTPA can be understood to be within the scope of the standards. Mn were analyzed on standards as 1 ppm while Zn down of 0.5 ppm in the soil samples. Changing the amount of nitrogen examples of plants were around literature values and were determined the range of 0.22-0.38% phosphorus content. Plant samples of K, Ca and Mg content of 0.53-1.07%,1.18-2.61 % and 0.17-0.34 % respectively. According to the analysis results, samples of leaf Fe content 40.19-122.05 ppm, Cu coverage in the range of 6.27-13.68 ppm and manganese scope 28.93-217.00 ppm was detected as a broad range of leaf samples while of 7 samples contain high levels of Mn.
