Diabetes mellitus' da yüksek dansiteli lipoproteinlerin (HDL), apoproteinlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

insüline bağımlı, oral antidiabetik kullanan, diyet kontrolünde bulunan 36 diyabetli hastanın, HDL fraksiyonu ayrılarak delipide edildi. Bu fraksiyonda poliakrilamid jel elektroforezi yöntemi ile apolipoprotein dağılımları incelendi. Dansitometrik olarak incelenen değerler, 30 kişilik bir kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldı. Oral antidiyabetik ajanlar kullanan erkeklerde, HDL-A-I'in azaldığı, HDL-A-l'in arttığı tespit edildi. Bunun dışında gruplar arasında bir fark tespit edilmedi.

HDL fraction of plasma was separated in 36 diabetic patients who were 1 insulin dependent, who were using oral antidiabetics and who were under diet controL This fraction was then delipidated and investigated by the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to show the apolipoprotein distribution. The dansitometrically obtained values were compared with the values of 30 healthy controls. In men who were using oral antidiabetics, HDL-A-ll values were found to be decreased and HDL-A-I, increased. There wasn 't any other significant difference between the patients and controls.
