Koyunlarda östrus sinkronizasyonu ve sun'i tohumlama saha çalışmaları III

Abstract

Araştırmada materyal olarak üç ayrı sürü halinde 60 koyun kullanıldı. Koyunlara 13 gün süre ile Cronolone içeren vaginal sünger uygulandı. Süngerler çıkarıldığında 500 lU PMSG enjekte edildi. I, 2 ve 3 nolu sürülerde östrus gösterenlerin oranı % I00, 83 ve 90 bulundu. Koyunlar, doğal aşım yaptırılarak tohumlandı. I ve 2 nolu sürülerde doğum oranı % 87.5 ve 30.0 olarak saptandı. 3 nolu sürü ise satıldığı için döl verimi tespit edilemedi.

In this study 60 ewes from three herds were used as the material. Ewes were given Cronolone containing vaginal sponges for 13 days. On the withdrawal day ewes were injected with 500 lU PMSG. For three herds the rate of ewes showing estnıs was 100, 83 and 90 % respectively. Ewes were mated naturally. Conception rate of first and second herd was 87.5 and 30.0 % respectively. Fertility rate of the third herd could not be determined since the herd were sold.
