| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde alerjik reaksiyonların gelişim süreçleri ve bu reaksiyonlardan korunma yöntemleri oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Gıda alerjisi, bu reaksiyonlar arasında büyük öneme sahip olup, insanlarda görülme sıklığı sebebiyle üzerinde durulması gereken bir konu haline gelmiştir.
