Abstract
Hemodiyaliz programına alınmış, 3 'ü kadın, 7 'si erkek kronik renal yetmezlikteki gönüllü hastalar üzerinde, balık yağının lipit metabolizması üzerine etkileri incelendi. Balık yağı uygulamasından önce (BYÖ), yüksek dansiteli lipoprotein (HDL) kolesterolü % 41.3 :1:1.5 mg, balık yağı uygulamasından sonra (BYS) % 34.2-2.4 mg olarak bulundu (p < 0.02). Lipoprotein elektroforezi de BY<J % 29.76. ± 2.4 olan alpha lipoproteins, BYS % 23.51. ± 1 .7 olarak bulundu (p < 0.0 1). Bı,ma karşın BY<J % 55.8 ± 3.2 olan (3-lipoproteins, BYS % 67.7 ± 4 idi (p < 0.02). BYS HDL apoprotein A -I'de anlamlı olmayan bir düşme, HDL-apoprotein A-II de ise önemli bir azalma tespit edildi (p < 0.01). Kronik renal yetmezlik te balık yağının aterojenik risk artırıcı yönde rol oynadığı sonucuna varıldı.
The effects of fish oil on the lipid metabolism were investigated in 3 female and 7 male chronic renal patients who have volunteered and who were receiving maintenance hemodialysis. High density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol was % 41.3 - 1,5 mg before fish oil ingestion (BFO) and % 34.2 ± 2.4 mg a{ter fish oil ingestion (AFO), (p < 0.02). In the lipoprotein electrophoresis a-lipoproteins were % 29.76 ± 2.4 BFO and 23.51. ± 1.7 AFO (p < 0.01). On the contrary lipoproteins were % 55.8- 3.2 BFO and 67.7 ± 4 AFO (p < 0.02). There was an insignificant decrease in the HDL-apoprotein A-l and there was a significant decrease in the HDL·apoprotein A-ll AFO, (p .< 0.01). Fish oil in chronic renal failure appears to increase atherogenic risk factors as a result of our findings.
