Turist rehberliği meslek kuruluşlarının web sitelerinin içerik analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Turist Rehberliği Meslek Kanunu uyarınca kurulmuş olan TUREB (Turist Rehberleri Birliği), kendisine bağlı 7 meslek odası ile 6 bölgesel meslek odası olmak üzere tüm Türkiye'de örgütlenmiş on üç odanın kamu kurumu niteliğinde meslek üst kuruluşudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı turist rehberliği meslek kuruluşlarının web sitelerinin incelenmesi ve mevcut durumun tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaçla, Turist Rehberliği Meslek Kanunu uyarınca kurulmuş olan on üç turist rehberliği meslek kuruluşunun ve TUREB'in web siteleri içerik analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda TUREB’e bağlı olarak kurulmuş meslek kuruluşları olsalar da turist rehberliği meslek kuruluşlarının web sitelerinin birbirinden bağımsız olarak hazırlanmış olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Belirlenen değerlendirme ölçütlerini en çok karşılayan meslek kuruluşu İRO iken en az karşılayan ŞURO (Şanlıurfa Bölgesel Turist Rehberleri Odası)’dur. TUREB’in desteği ile tüm meslek kuruluşlarının iş birliği içerisinde web sitelerini ortak özellikleri dikkate alarak hazırlamaları ve dil seçeneklerinin olması önerilmiştir.
The Union of Tourist Guides’ Chambers was founded according to the "Profession Law of Tourist Guide" and it is also a professional institution with public institution status of thirteen Chambers organized in Turkey including seven Professional Chambers and six Regional Professional Chambers. The purpose of this study is to examine the web-sites of the tourist guiding professional chambers. With this purpose, the web-sites of the thirteen tourist guiding professional chambers which was founded according to the profession Law of Tourist Guide have been evaluated with the method of content analysis. According to the result of the study, it is determined that the web-sites of the Tourist Guidance Official Chambers are prepared independent of each other much as they are the official chambers which are founded depending on TUREB. It is determined that 61 evaluation criteria, taking part in the evaluation form of the research, are most met by İRO, least met by ŞURO. It is suggested that all professional organizations should have language options and prepare web sites in cooperation each other, with the support of TUREB, by taking into consideration common features.
