Abstract
Bu çalışmada sürekli rumen kanülü takılmış 2-2.5 yaşlı (55-60 kg ağırlığında) 3 baş Karacabey Merinos Koçu materyal olarak kullanıldı. Hayvanlara günde 700 g toz kuzu besi yemi ile 500 g fiğ samanı sabah akşam yedirildi. Kontrol, deneme (yemlere 25 ppm flavomycin ilavesi) ve son kontrol dönemlerinde her seferinde 100 ml rumen sıvısı alınarak pH, protozoon sayısı, ayrımı, rumen sıvısı Na ve K'u yönlerinden incelendi. Kontrol, denerne ve son kontrol dönemlerine ilişkin veriler sırasıyla; pH; 6.81, 6. 75, 6.67, protozoon sayısız 880.20, 777.20, 754.20x 103/ml,Na; 115.70, 113.10, 113.50 mEq/l, K; 29.60, 36.40, 33.10 mEq/l olarak bulunmuştur. Bu dönemlerde protozoa tiplerinin yüzde oranları da farklı bulunmuştur.
In this study, 2-2.5 years old 3 merino rams with permanent rumen cannula were used as research material. Animals were fed with 700 g concentrate feed and 500 g vetch hay per ram twice a day. In control, experimental (25 ppm flavomycin added to ra tion) and last control periods, ruminal fluid samples (J 00 ml each time) were tested for pH, protozoa count, and identification, sodium (Na) and potassium (K) values. Figures for control, experimental and la st control periods were obtained as follows: pH; 6.81, 6. 75, 6.67, protozoa count 880.20, 777.20, 754.20 x 103/ml, Na; 115. 70, 113.10, 113.50 mEq/1, K; 29.60, 36.40, 33.10 mEq/1 respectively. In these periods, different values were obtained in the percentage of protozoa identification.
