Abstract
Bu çalışmada atlarda sancı ile seyreden hastalıklarda, kanda meydana gelen biyokimyasal değişimler incelenmiştir. 13 hasta ve 8 sağlam at araştırma materyali olarak kullanılmıştır. Sancılı atlarda ortalama kan glukoz düzeyi % 131,21. mg, Na 93,61 mEqll, K 4,16 mEqll, Ca % 11,41 mg iken sağlamlarda bu degerler sırasıyla % 72 mg, 126,05 mEqll, 3,26 mEqll ve % 10,52 mg idi. İstatistiksel incelemede glikoz p ≤ 0,001, Na p ≤ 0,005 ve K' da p ≤ 0,01 düzeyinde önem göstermiştir. Sancı semptomu ile ölen iki atta % 200 mg'ın üzerinde glukoz düzeyi saptanmış olup glukoz miktarı hastalığın prognozunun tahmininde kullanılabilecek bir kriter olarak düşünülebilir.
In this study the biochemical differences in blood had been determined in the colic horses. 13 colic horses and 8 normal, total 21 horses were used as research materials. In the colic horse, the level/ of blood glucose was % 131,21 mg, Na 93,61 mEqll, K 4,16 mEqll, Ca 11,41 mg in control group they were, % 72 mg, 126,05 mEqll 3,26 mEqll and % 10,52 mg respectively. In statistical analysis the importance of the differences between glucose levels (p ≤ 0,001), Na (p ≤ 0,005) and K (p ≤ 0,01) had been found. Horse died with colic have had over % 200 blood glucose level. This results showed that amount of blood g/ucose could be used for the prognosis of colic.
