Oral kontraseptif bir ilacın sıçanlarda ovaryum ağırlıkları üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Yüksek dozda 5-10-15-20-25-30 gün ve düşük dozda 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-70 gün süreyle mide sondası ile ethinyl estradiol (EE) + desogestrel verilen sıçanlarda ovaryum ağırlıkları incelendi. Bütün yüksek doz deney gruplarında ovaryum ağırlıkları, kontrol grubundakilere göre daha hafif bulundu. 10-15 günlük yüksek doz ve 20 günlük düşük doz deney gruplarında ovaryum ağırlıkları kontrol grubundakilere göre anlamlı şekilde azaldı. Fakat 70 günlük düşük doz deney grubunda ovaryum ağırlıkları kontrol grubundakilerden anlamlı şekilde yüksek bulundu. Deney gruplarında ovaryum ağırlıkları ile deneme süreleri arasında düzenli bir ilişki bulunamadı. Ancak sonuçların verilen (EE + desogestrel) dozuna bağlı olarak değiştiği sonucuna varıldı.

The weights of ovary of the rats which had been administered ethinyl estradiol (EE) + desogestrel as high doses for 5-10-15-20-25-30 days and low doses for 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-70 days by the way of stomach sondage were examined.lt was found to be low weights of ovary in the heigh dose treatment groups than the control groups. A significant decrease was found the weights of ovary in heigh doses for 10-15 days and low doses for 20 days. But a significant increase was found on the weights of ovary in the low dose treatment group for 70 days. No regular relationship was found between ovarian weights and the time of treatment in the treatment groups. However it was found that these results varied due to doses of OC.
