Serbest testosteron ve insülin hormonları ile trigliserit, total kolesterol, HDL-kolesterol ve lipoprotein elektroforezi fraksiyonları arasındaki ilişkiler

Abstract

Bu araştırma üç değişik hiperlipidemik olgu grubu (Grup 1: trigliserit (TG) > 200 mg/dl, total kolesterol (TK) < 220 mg/dl; grup 2: TG > 200, TK > 220; grup 3: TG < 200, TK > 220) ve bir normolipidemik kontrol grubunda (Grup 4: TG < 200, TK< 220) gerçekleştirildi. Olguların tümü erkekti. Tüm olgularda serum TG, TK, yüksek dansiteli lipoprotein-kolesterol (HDL-K), lipoprotein elektroforez fraksiyonları, insülin ve serbest testosteron düzeyleri ölçüldü. Hipertrigliseridemik grupta (grup 1) serbest testosleronun pre-beta lipoprotein fraksiyonu ile aniamir pozitif (r= 0. 62 7, p < 0. 05), beta lipoprotein fraksiyonu ile ise anlamlı negatif (r=-0. 725, p < 0. 05) korelasyon gösterdiği saptandı. Bu korelasyonlar androjenlerin; çok düşük dansiteli lipoprotein (VLDL) ve düşük densiteli lipoprotein (LDL) 'ler üzerine etkisini gösteren bir bulgu olarak değerlendirildi. Karışık tip hiperlipidemik grupta (grup 2) insülin ile alfa lipoprotein fraksiyonu arasında anlamlı pozitif bir korelasyon (r=0. 579, p < 0. 05) olduğu görüldü. Bu ilişki ise bize insülinin lipoprotein metabolizmasını etkilediği izlenimini verdi.

In this study, three types of hyperlipidemic groups (Group 1: triglycerides (TG) > 200 mg/dl, total cholesterol (TC) < 220 mg/dl; group 2:TG > 200, TC > 220; group 3:TG < 200, TC >220) and a normolipidemic control group (Group '4: TG < 200, TC < 220) has been investigated. All of the participants were men. The serum levels of TC, TG, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), lipoprotein electrophoresis fractions, insulin and testosterone were measured. in the hypertriglyceridemic group (Group 1), we have found a significantly positive correlation between pre-beta lipoprotein fraction and free testosterone (r=0.627, p<0.05). In addition, in the same group there was significantly negative correlation between beta lipoprotein fraction and free testosterone (r=-0. 725. p<0.05). These correlations were considered as an effect of androgens on VLDL and LDL. In the mixed type hyperlipidemic group (group 2) we have found a significantly positive correlation between alfa lipoprotein fraction and insulin (r=0. 579, p<0. 05). The fatter relation gave us the impression that insulin influences the metabolism of lipoproteins.
