Item Bursa ve çevresinde yayılış gösteren Vespertilionidae'ye ait olan yarasaların helmint faunasının morfolojik taksonomisi ve dna dizi analizi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2015-09-08) Sümer, Nurhan; Yıldırımhan, Hikmet Sami; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü/Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı.Bursa ve çevresinde yayılış gösteren Vespertilionidae'ye ait 14 yarasa türü (Myotis blythi, M. myotis, M. mystacinus, M. alcothea, M. capaccinii, M. aurescens, M. daubentoni, M. emarginatus Pipistrellus pipistrellus, P. pygmaeus, P. nathusii, Miniopterus schreibersii, Eptesicus seratinus, Nyctalus leisleri) helmint parazitleri yönünden incelenmiştir. Bu yarasalardan Lecithodendrium linstowi, L. mystacini, Prosthodendrium chilostomum, P. longiforme, P. ascidia, P. urna, P. hurkovae, P. loossi, Pycnoporus heteroporus, P. megacotyle, P. macrolaimus, Plagiorchis vespertilionis, P. mülleri, P. koreanus, P. elegans, Mesotretes peregrines, Parabascus semisquamosus 17 Digenea türü, Hymenolepis roudabushi, H. pipistrelli, Insectivorolepis okamotoi, I. niimiensis, Rodentolepis macrotesticulatus, Vampirolepis isensis 6 Sestod türü ve Capillaria moraveci, Skrjabinocapillaria eubursata, Litomosoides chandleri, Physaloptera brevivaginata, Rictularia lucifugus, Physocephalus sexalatus, Molinostrongylus alatus, M. ornatus, M. skrjabini, Strongylacantha glycirrhiza 10 Nematod türü grubuna ait toplam 33 helmint türü belirlendi. Morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri dikkate alınarak teşhis edilen bu helmintlerin, 28s rDNA, 5,8s rDNA ve ITS1 gen bölgelerinin DNA dizi analizleri yapıldı. Moleküler veriler de 33 türün varlığını destekledi. Böylece morfolojik ve moleküler sonuçların birbiriyle uyumlu olduğu, teşhis için kullanılan karakterlerin doğruluğu sonucuna ulaşıldı. Tezdeki 14 tür yarasanın, 12 türü Türkiye'de, Myotis alcothea, M. aurescens, Pipistrellus pygmaeus olmak üzere 3 türü ise helmintleri yönünden Dünya'da ilk defa çalışılmıştır. In Anatololacerta anatolica, one species of Cestoda, Mesocestoides sp. (tetrathyridium), four species of Nematoda, Skrjabinodon medinae, Spauligodon saxicolae, Skrjabinelazia hoffmanni and Ascamps strongylina (larva in cysts), and one species of Acanthocephala, Plagiorhynchus sp. (cystacanth), were found. In Darevskia rudis, two nematode species, Skrjabinodon medinae and Spauligodon saxicolae, were recorded. New host and locality records were recorded. As a results of present study, three species of Digenea, Sonsinotrema tacapense, Prosthodendrium chilostomum, Brachylaima sp. (metacercaria); two species of Cestoda, Oochoristica tuberculata and Mesocestoides sp. and four species of Nematoda, Skrjabinodon medinae, Spauligodon sp., Thubunaea sp. and a larva of the Ascaridiidae Ascarididae gen. sp. were reported for lizard samples. We document new host records for all of helminth species reported here. Sonsionotrema tacapense (Digenea), and Thubunaea sp. (Nematoda) are recorded for the first time from Turkey. Twenty-seven spotted newts were collected from a stream in the vicinity of Sogukpinar village located in the Genc district of Bingol. Two species of helminthes were found from the collected samples. These are Cosmocerca commutata and Aplectana acuminata. This paper is the second study on spotted newt (Neurergus strauchii) in Turkey, but Aplectana acuminata is a new record for the host (N. strauchii) in Turkish helminth fauna.Item Helminth parasites of the Agile Frog, Rana dalmatina Fitzinger, 1839 (Anura: Ranidae), collected from two localities in Turkey(Inst Zoology, 2015-08-20) Bursey, Charles R.; Yıldırımhan, Hikmet Sami; Sümer, Nurhan; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Biyoloji Bölümü.; AAH-4193-2021; AAC-1581-2020; 6603101555; 26533445100A total of 32 agile frogs, Rana dalmatina Fitzinger, 1839, were collected from two localities (Trabzon and Yalova Provinces) between 1998-2008 and studied for the presence of helminth parasites. The following species were recorded: one species of Monogenea (Polystoma mazurmovici), three species of Digenea (Gorgodera cygnoides, Pleurogenoides medians and Haplometra cylindracea), four species of Nematoda (Rhabdias bufonis, Oswaldocruzia filiformis, Cosmocerca ornata and Oxysomatium brevicaudatum), and one species of Acanthocephala (Acanthocephalus ranae). Rana dalmatina represents a new host record for Polystoma mazurmovici and Gorgodera cygnoides in Turkey. Turkey is a new geographical record for Haplometra cylindracea. One species of Digenea, Plagiorchis molini, one species of Cestoda, Diplopylidium noelleri (larvae), six species of Nematoda, adults of Atractis dactyluris, Spauligodon azerbajdzanicus, Spauligodon tarentolae, Spauligodon eremiasi, Spauligodon sp., larvae assigned to Acuariidae gen. sp. and one species of Acanthocephala, Centrorhynchus aluconis, were found. Asaccus elisae represents a new host record for each of the parasite species. One species of Monogenea (Polystoma integerrimum), 3 species of Digenea (Diplodiscus subclavatus, Halipegus kessleri, and Pleurogenoides medians), 1 species of Cestoda (Nematotaenia dispar), and 2 species of Nematoda (Aplectana brumpti and Cosmocerca commutata) were found. Prosthodendrium ascidia was found in all host specimens and had the highest mean intensity per bat as well as abundance. This is the first helminth record of Myotis aurescens from Turkey. Myotis aurescens represents a new host record for all the parasite species. Three species of nematodes. Angiostoma aspersae, Aplectana acuminata, and Cosmocerca longicauda, were found in L. antalyana, and 1 species, A. aspersae, was found in L. luschani. Lyciasalamandra antalyana represents a new host record for each of the 3 species of nematodes; L. luschani had previously been identified as a host for A. aspersae and C. longicauda.Item Trabzon ve Bursa'da yayılış gösteren yılan kertenkele (Anguis fragilis Linnaeus, 1758)'nin helmint faunası(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2009-01-30) Sümer, Nurhan; Altunel, F. Naci; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü/Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı.Trabzon ve Bursa'dan toplanmış olan 15 Yılan Kertenkele (2 Genç, 5 Erkek ve 8 Dişi) helmint faunasını ortaya çıkarmak için incelenmiştir.Çalışma sonucunda 4 helmint türüne rastlanmıştır. Bunlar Digenea'ya ait Brachylaemus sp. ve Nemathelminthes'e ait Entomelas entomelas, Oxysomatium brevicaudatum ile Oswaldocruzia filiformis'dir.Yurdumuzda Anguis fragilis (Yılan Kertenkele) üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bu ilk çalışmada rastlanılan Entomelas entomelas türü ülkemiz için yeni kayıttır.
