dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırma kamusal bir mekan ile kullanıcı etkileşimindeki mekansal algıların anlaşılması için peyzaj mimarlığı disiplininde daha fonksiyonel ve bütüncül tasarımların ortaya konmasına katkı sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada tarihi bir dokuya sahip olan araştırma alanı, kent kimliği kapsamında mekanı algılama kavramları ile değerlendirilerek incelenmiştir. Kentsel mekanlarda mekanın kent kimliği yönüyle değerlendirilmesinin yanında insan zihninde hangi ölçütlerle olumlu duygular oluşturulmasının araştırılması yönüyle çalışma önem kazanmaktadır. Araştırma alanı, Bursa'da Osmangazi İlçesi’nde bulunan Hanlar Bölgesi’dir. Araştırma; ölçütlerin belirlenmesi için literatür taraması, alan analizi, anket çalışması, verilerin analizi, sonuç ve önerilerin geliştirilmesi olmak üzere beş aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alan analizi 49 ölçütün değerlendirilmesiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. 1 ile 5 puan aralığında seçeneklerin bulunduğu bir puanlama sistemi içeren likert ölçeği ile değerlendirilen ölçütler sonucunda 25 ölçütün ortalamanın altında kaldığı, hiçbir ölçütün en yüksek puan olan 5’e yakın olmadığı bulunmuştur. Bu durum Hanlar Bölgesi’nin mekansal algı açısından kullanıcıya olumlu duygular yüklemediğini göstermektedir. Araştırma sonucunda belirlenen ölçütlerin ve elde edilen bulguların gelecek çalışmalar için bir altlık niteliği taşıması hedeflenmiştir.
dc.description.abstract	The study was conducted to contribute to the emergence of more functional and holistic designs in the discipline of landscape architecture in order to understand the spatial perceptions in user interaction with a public space. In the study, the research area, which has a historical texture, was examined by evaluating the concepts of space perception within the scope of urban identity. In addition to evaluating urban spaces in terms of urban identity, the study gains importance in terms of investigating the criteria by which positive emotions are created in the human mind. The research area is the Khans area in Osmangazi District of Bursa. Study; It was carried out in five stages: literature review to determine criteria, field analysis, survey study, data analysis, and development of results and suggestions. Field analysis was carried out by evaluating 49 criteria. As a result of the criteria evaluated with the Likert scale, which includes a scoring system with options ranging from 1 to 5 points, it was found that 25 criteria were below the average, and none of the criteria was close to the highest score of 5. This shows that the Khans Area does not impose positive emotions on the user. It is aimed that the criteria determined and the findings obtained as a result of the research will serve as a basis for future studies.
