Abstract

Teknoloji ile birlikte ortaya çıkan dijitalleşme, kusursuz bir insan ve hayat oluşturma ideali taşımaktadır. Modern kentler böyle bir kusursuzluğun oluşturulması adına verimli bir ortam sağlar. Kusursuzluğun oluşturulması için dönüştürülmesi gereken ilk yer kentin bizatihi kendisidir. Kentlerin dönüşümü ve dijitalleşmesi “Akıllı Kentler” kavramını ifade eder. Kentlerin akıllı olmasının birçok problemi çözülebileceğine ve hayata kolaylıklar getirebileceğine inanılır. Ancak akıllı kentlerin olumlu yönlerinden ziyade olumsuz yönleri de bulunmaktadır. Çalışma; teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan dijitalleşmenin, kent hayatındaki tezahürü olan “Akıllı Kentler” meselesinin değerlendirilmesi ve kent mekanındaki olumsuz yönlerinin tartışılmasını kapsamaktadır.Digitalization that emerged with technology carries the ideal of creating a perfect human and life. The transformation and digitalization of cities refers to the concept of “Smart Cities”. It is believed that smart cities can solve many problems and bring convenience to life. However, smart cities have negative aspects rather than positive aspects. Study; It covers the evaluation of the "Smart Cities" issue, which is the manifestation of digitalization in urban life, which emerged with the development of technology, and the discussion of its negative aspects in urban space.
