Abstract
During the course of HIV infection, opportunistic infections are common. Toxoplasmosis is an opportunistic infection that can cause encephalitis and intracerebral mass lesions in HIV/AIDS patients. We report a previously healthy 41-year-old man with balance disorder due to cerebral toxoplasmosis as the presenting manifestation of HIV/AIDS.
