Abstract
Bursa Holstein Damızlık Süt Sığın Yetiştiricileri Birliği’ne bağlı, üye işletmelerde 2-8 yaşları arasındaki laktasyon ve kuru dönemdeki sağmal süt ineklerinde subklinik mastitisi tespit etmek amacıyla 1052 ineğin her bir meme lobundan alman sütlere “CMT (Califomia Mastitis Testi)” uygulandı. Pozitif reaksiyon veren 500 süt numunesi 10 mlTik özel steril mastitis tüplerine alınıp soğuk zincirle 1 saat içinde birlik laboratuvarma getirildi. Süt numuneleri aerobik etken, mantar ve mikoplazma yönünden genel ve selektif besi yerlerine ekimleri yapıldı. 16 süt numunesinden herhangi bir etken izole edilemezken, 484 süt numunesinden; 85’i (%17,56) mix infeksiyon, 95’i (%19,62)Koagülaz(-) Staphylococcus, 36’sı (%7,43) Streptococcus uberis, 10’u (%2,06) Streptococcus agalactiae, 100’ü (%20,66) Staphylococcus aureus, 121’i (%25) Escherichia coli, 4’ü (%0,82) Maya-mantar, l ’i (%0,20) Corynebacterium pyogenes, 14’sı(%2,89) Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 3’ü (%0,62) Bacillus subtilis izole ve identifiye edildi. Yapılan ekimler sonucunda mycoplasma izole edilemedi. Bursa bölgesinde subklinik mastitis olgularından en fazla %40,28 oranında Staphylococlann (%19,62’i Koagülaz(-)Staph, %20,66’nün S.aureus), ikinci sırada %25 oranıyla E.coli’nin izlediği görüldü.
“CMT (Califomia Mastitis Test)” has been applied to the milk taken from the teat labule of 1052 cattle, aged 2 to 8, so as to determine subclinic mastitis ınfection. Those which are in lactation and dry period belong to Bursa Holstein Cattle Breeding Association. 500 milk samples giving positive reaction have been put into 10 mİ special sterilized mastitis tube and carried to the laboratory of the association under cold-chain within an hour. İn terms of aerobic, fongi and mycoplasma factors the milk samples are cultivated in general and selective medium. While 16 milk samples cannot be isolated, 484 milk samples have been isolated and identified of 85(17,56%) as mix enfection, of 95(19,62%) as Coagulaz(-) Staphylococcus, of 36(7,43%) as Streptococcus uberis, of 13(2,06%) as Streptococcus agalactiae, of 100(20,66%) as Staphylococcus aureus, of 121(25%) as Escherichia coli, of 4(0,82%) as yeast-fungi, of 1(0,20%) as Corynebacterium pyogenes, of 14(2,89%) as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, of 3(0,62%) as Bacillus subtilis. As a result of cultivations which were done, mycoplasma hasn’t been isolated . Most of the subclinic mastitis incidents in Bursa region. Primarily is Staphylococcus (19,62% Coagulaz(-) Staph, 20,66% Staph. aureus), in the proportion o f40,28%. Secondly
