Abstract
Bu çalışma rasyona ilave edilen kurutulmuş rumen içeriğinin broyler verimine etkilerini saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Kontrol grubunda yer alan piliçler deneme süresince broyler başlangıç yemi ile, II ve III. gruplarda yer alan piliçler ise deneme süresince aynı yeme % 10 ve % 20 kurutulmuş rumen içeriği ilave edilen yem ile beslenmişlerdir. Canlı ağırlık, yemden yararlanma oranı ile karkas, taşlık ve karaciğer ağırlıklarının canlı ağırlık içindeki payı bakımından gruplar arasında gözlemlenen farklılıklar önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.001, P<0.01 , P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.05). Kontrol grubunun Avrupa verimlilik Faktörü en yüksek olmasına rağmen, % 10 ve % 20 kurutulmuş rumen içeriği ile beslenen deneme gruplarının ekonomik verimliliği kontrol grubundan daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada broyler yemine ilave edilen kurutulmuş rumen içeriğinin broyler verimini etkilemeksizin ekonomik olarak broyler beslemede kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
This study was carried out to determine the effects of dried rumen content added to the rations on the broiler performance. Group I, designated as control was fed on broiler chick starter feed throughout the experiment. Group II and III were fed on the same diets supplemented with 10 and 20 % dried rumen content, respectively. The observed differences for body weight, feed conversion ratio and the weight of carcass, gizzard and liver as a percentage of live body weight among the groups were found significant, respectively (P<0.001, P<0 .01, P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.05). Although European Efficiency Factor was the best in the control group, economic productivity of the treatment groups fed on dried rumen content 10 and 20 % were found higher than the control group. Asa result of this study, it was concluded that the addition of dried rumen content in the broiler feed could be used economically for broiler feeding without affecting the broiler performance.
