Satın alma faaliyetleri için analitik hiyerarşi prosesi yöntemi ile tedarikçi seçimi

Abstract

Satın alma faaliyetleri birçok işletme için oldukça önemlidir. Firmalar hammaddeden başlayarak son ürüne kadar temin ettikleri ürünler için her aşamada tedarikçisine ücret ödemekte ve bu durum mali yükü beraberinde getirmektedir. Günümüzde rekabetin ve doğru ürünü tedarik etmenin oldukça önemli olduğu bilinci ile tedarikçi seçimi önemli bir husus haline gelmiştir. Tedarikçi seçimi, sadece bir alternatif seçimi değil aynı zamanda doğru ürünün, doğru zamanda ve istenilen kalitede de tedarik edilmesi demektir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, mekanik malzeme alımlarında en uygun tedarikçinin seçimine odaklanılmıştır. Geçmiş dönemlerde satın alınan malzemeler incelenmiş ve çok talep edilen malzemeler için, en uygun tedarikçinin seçimi amacıyla, önemli olan kriterler belirlenmiştir. Bu malzemelerin tedarikini sağlamak amacıyla Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi kullanılarak tedarikçi seçim uygulaması yapılmıştır. Uygulama içerisinde en çok alınan malzemeler için mevcut beş tedarikçi, kriterlere göre ağırlıklandırılmış ve en uygun tedarikçinin belirlenmesine çalışılmıştır. Ağırlıklandırma yapılırken satın alma faaliyetlerinde operasyonel işlem yapan satın alma profesyonellerine anketler uygulanmış ve anketler neticesinde ikili karşılaştırma matrisleri oluşturulmuştur. Tedarikçilerin kriterlere göre değerlendirilmesi sonucunda tedarikçi sıralaması AHP uygulanarak elde edilmiş ve ayrıntılar sunulmuştur. Çalışma, birden çok anketin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılabilecek alternatif metotları tartışarak sonuçlandırılmıştır.

Purchasing activities are of important for many businesses. Companies pay a fee to their suppliers at every stage for the products they supply, starting from the raw material to the final product, and this brings a financial burden. Today, with the awareness that competition and supplying the right product are very important, supplier selection has become an important issue. Supplier selection means not only choosing the best, but also supplying the right product at the right time and at desired quality. Within the scope of this study, it was focused on choosing the most suitable supplier for mechanical materials. The purchased materials were examined and criteria were determined to select the most suitable supplier. In order to supply these materials, a supplier selection application was implemented using Analytical Hierarchy Process. Five suppliers for the most purchased materials in the application were weighted according to the criteria and the most suitable supplier was determined. While weighting, questionnaires were applied to purchasing professionals who make operational transactions in their purchasing activities and after conducting surveys, comparison matrices were created. As a result of evaluating suppliers according to criteria, suppliers are ordered by applying AHP and details were presented. The study was concluded by discussing alternative methods that can be used in the evaluation of multiple questionnaires.
