Abstract
Çim Kayağında çabukluk, esneklik, koordinasyon, denge, antropometrik ölçümler ile, kas kuvvet ve dayanıklılığının performansla olan ilişkisi. Bu çalışmanın amacı 1- Çim kayakçılarının fiziksel özellikleri ile büyük ve küçük slalom performanslar arasındaki ilişkiyi, 2- Kısa-orta mesafe atletlerle, sedanter ve çim kayakçılarının fiziksel özellikleri arasındaki farkı araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya yaşlan 22.2±3.0 (18-30) olan 10 aktif çim kayakçı, 19.7 ±2.9 (18-28) 15 kısa-orta mesafe atleti, 22.9 ± 2.7 (20-28) 15 sedanter gönüllü olarak katildi. Tüm deneklere özel kayak testleri uygulandı (Hekzogenal engel testi, blok üstü atlama, dikey sıçrama, duvar sukuat). Aynca esneklik testleri ve PWC 170 ( Fiziksel çalışma kapasitesi 170 ) testi uygulandı. Aynı zamanda deneklerin antropometrik ölçümleri yapıldı (Üst ve alt vücut oranlan, X Bain - O Bain ölçüm testleri). Bunlara ilave olarak el kavrama ve bel kuvveti, konsantrik ve ekzantrik diz fieksör ve ekstansör kaslannın kuvvetleri (sırası ile 6O°/sn-180°/sn ve 60°/sn-120°/sn lik hızlarda), konsantrik ve ekzantrik kalça internal ve eksterternal rotator kaslarının kuvvetleri (307sn-607sn lik hızlarda) tüm deneklere uygulandı. Âynca çim kayakçılannm performanslarını belirlemek için büyük ve küçük slalom yanşmalan düzenlendi. Guruplar arasındaki sonuçlan karşılaştınnak için tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Post Hoc analiz kullanıldı. Step Wise regresyon analiz metodu kullanılarak çim kayakçılannın fiziksel özellikleri ile yanş süreleri arasındaki ilişki değerlendirildi. Kas kuvveti, anaerobik güç, esneklik, çabukluk ve motor öğrenme çim kayakçılannda kısa-orta mesafe adetlere oranla daha fazla gelişmiştir (PO.05). Dayanıklılık, çabukluk, motor öğrenme yeteneği, alt vücut - 1 »uzunluğu, dikey sıçrama ve bloküstü atlama, bel ve dominant el kavrama kuvveti, konsantirik ekzantirik bacak kuvveti çim kayakçılarının kayak performansları ile önemli ölçüde ilişkiliydi (PO.05). Sonuç olarak bu çalışma çim kayakçılarının antrenman prgramlanmn anaerobik güç, konsantrik - ekzantrik bacak kuvveti, üst vücut kuvvetini geliştirecek şekilde düzenlenmesi gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Ayrıca antrenörlere sporcu seçiminde kısa alt vücut uzunluğu ve motor öğrenme yeteneği iyi olan sporcular seçmelerini çim kayağında uluslararası alanda başarılı sonuçlar alınabilmesi için öneririz.
The purposes of this study were 1- to determine physical characteristics of grass skiers and their relationship to giant slalom and slalom performance, to investigate differences among the physical characteristics of grass skiers, short-middle distance runner and sedentary males. 10 male grass skiers aged 22.2 ± 3.0 (18-30) years old, 15 male short - middle distance runner aged 19.7 ± 2.9 (18-28) and 15 male sedentary subjects aged 22.9 ± 2.7 (20-28) were volunteered for the study. All subjects were performed special ski tests (Hexagonal obstacle, concrete block jump, vertical jump, wall squat), flexibility tests and PWC 170 test. We also evaluated anthropomorphic measurements (Upper/lower body proportion, X Bain - O Bain test) of subjects. In addition, hand grip, back. Concentric and eccentric knee flexor- extansor muscles strength, (at the speed of 60°/sec, 180°/sec and 60°/sec, 120°/sec respectively) concentric and eccentric hip internal-external rotation muscles strength (at the speed of 30°/sec and 607sec respectively) were assessed from all subjects. Also, grass skiers performed giant slalom and slalom races. One way analysis of variance and post hoc test used to compare results among the groups. Step Wise regression procedure used to find relationships between grass skiers physical characteristics and races times. - 3 -Muscle strength and anaerobic power, flexibility, agility, motor learning ability of grass skiers were developed (PO.05) than athletes. Endurance, agility, motor learning ability, upper - lower and trunk muscle strength of grass skiers were also improved (P<0.05) than sedentary subjects. In addition, motor learning ability, lower body length, vertical and concrete block jump, back and hand grip strength, concentric - eccentric leg strength of grass skiers were significantly (P<0.05) correlated with skiing performance. In conclusion, results of this study indicated that training program of grass skiers should be designed in conjunction with anaerobic power, concentric - eccentric strength of leg and mid-upper body strength. In addition, we suggest to trainers to choose athletes who has super motor learning ability and short lower body length among the athletes could be an advantage for grass skiing performance.
