| dc.description.abstract | Buğday depo proteinleri, bir kez sentezlendikten sonra değişime uğramadan endospermde depolanırlar ve bitkinin kalıtsal özelliklerini direkt olarak yansıtırlar. Bu özellikten dolayı, depo proteinlerinin incelenmesi sertifıkasyon çalışmalarında, tohumluk üretiminde, akrabalıkların saptanmasında önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada buğday depo proteinlerinin özellikleri, kromozomal yerleri, gen haritaları ve bu protein grubunun ekmek yapım kalitesine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. | tr_TR |
