Abstract
QT dispersiyomu (QTd) ventriküler repolarizasyondaki bölgesel değişkenliği yansıtır. Bu çalışmada trombolitik tedavi uygulanan ve ortalama 7-10 gün içinde koroner anjiyografisi yapılan 59 olgununtedavi öncesi, 3. ve 30 gün EKG'sinde QT dispersiyomına bakıldı.
QT dispersion (QTd) reflects regional veriability in ventricular repolarization. In order to investigate the effect of thrombolytie theraphy on QTd, we studied 59 cases with acute M1 who were treated by thrombolytic agent within 6 hours of symptom onset. Coronary angiography were performed within 7-10 days. QTd was measured on pretreatment, 3rd and 30th days ECGs.
