| dc.description.abstract | İntihar amacı ile tiner içen bir kişi ile iş kazasında sülfür dioksit gazına maruz kalan iki, toplam 3 hasta Reanimasyon Ünitesinde tedavi edildi. Her üç hastada bilinç kaybı ve akut solunum distresi sendromunun ortaya çıkan değişik klinik görüntüleri, maske, ventilatör ve ventilatörde ekspirasyon sonu pozitif basınç (PEEP) la uygulanan oksijen tedavisi ve tıbbi tedavi ile şifa ile sonuçlandı. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Three cases of intoxicated who were treated in the Respiratory Intensive Care Unit are presented. One of them was intoxicated by ingestion of thinner for suicidal purpose, the other two patients were exposed to sultur dioxide gas during an occupational accident. The meticulous supportive care which performed via ventilator therapy with PEEP and high oxygen concentration (50 %) improved the various symptoms of respiratory distress syndrome and loss of consciousness. | en_US |
