Abstract
Fitonadion protrombin yapımı iştirak eden suda eriyen bir K 1 vitamin solusyon udur. K vitamini eksikliği nedeniyle ortaya çıkan pıhtılaşma bozukluklar da intravenöz yolla verilebilir. 12 yaşında kız hasta menoraji nedeniyle acil polikliniğinde başvurdu. K 1 vitamini 10 dakika süre ile intravenöz olarak verildikten sonra hastada hipotansiyon ve taşikardi ile birlikte kardiyovasküler kollaps gelişti. Adrenalin ve kortikosteroid tedavisi ile hata düzeldi. Bu tür komplikasyonlar çok nadir olması nedeniyle bu olgu sunumu yapıldı ve konu tartışıldı.
Phytonadione injection, a prothrombogenic vitamin, is an aqueous dispersion of vitamin K1. lt should be admini. ered intravenous route in emergency situations, where a severe coagulation defect is preseli secondary to vitamin deficiency. A 12-year-old girl with menorrhagie was admitted to the emergency room. She was given intravenous vitamin K 1 over a 10 minute period and lıortv a forward the patient ,wihit a pulserale of 120 beats per minute. It was decided that this had an aplıyla tid reaction who was treated with good results. Because of this, it was decided to report the ense and discuss the subject.
