Abstract
Volga Bulgar devleti eski Türk devletlerinden biridir.
Volga Bulgar Turkic state is one of the oldest states. It emerged in the sixth century and continued its existence until the XIII century. There are several aspects that make this state important. The adoption of Islam by the Volga Bugar Turks in 922 was a turning point. With Islam came innovations and a different perspective on law with the influence of the old culture. It is also noteworthy that the Volga state was one of the first Turkish-Islamic states. The fact that the Idyll region is located in the northernmost region of the Caliphate and Islamic geography has added a special value to our study. Features not found in Arab and other Islamic geographies were observed in this region. The issue of the non-occurrence of the time for Isha prayer in Islamic law first emerged in these lands. Today's scholars are still finding solutions to this issue.
