| dc.description.abstract | Komputerize tomografi (KT) ile intrakranial patolojilerin tanı ve lokalizasyonu kolaylıkla yapılabilmekte, natürü hakkında çoğu kez tama yakın doğruluk oranı ile cerrahi girişim programlanabilmektedir. KT, tümör biyopsisi, kist aspirasyonu, abse drenajında lokalizasyon açısı yönünden oldukça değerlidir. Bu çalışmada KT yardımıyla iğne ile biopsi yapılan 15 olgu takdim edildi ve nöropatolojik sonuçları ile biopsi tekniği literatür ışığı altında tartışıldı. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The differential diagnosis and in some cases surgical approach to intracranial tumors have been markedly advanced in recent years by the use of computerized tomography (CT). CT can be used in certain cases for tumor biopsies, cyst aspirations and abscess drainages. In the present study a simple technique is described for biopsying intracranial tumors using flexible non-metallic needle guides and computerized tomography as a guidance system. 15 cases were performed with this method and results were discussed. | en_US |
